Impossible Is Nothing

Was last night as syiok for you as it was for me?Ahem..I meant watching the soccer match, that is. A capacity crowd, a wild atmosphere, two superb goals(one scored ala Drogba),a drama-mama situation,a well taken penalty,a victorious home team...what more could you ask for?No wonder some of my friends took fake sickies just to watch it live at the doomed-to-perish Kallang stadium. The second-leg,to be played in Bangkok this Saturday, promises to be yet another heart-stopping affair. The die-hard fans who will be travelling to Bangkok this weekend deserves to be given Medal Of Valour for their bravery.Die-hard fans who die-die must support the Lions, whatever the costs or odds may be.

Updates : OMG!! We finally did it!We've beaten mighty Thailand to claim bragging rights as Kingpins Of Asean Soccer!!!Even the golden generation of Fandi Ahmad and V.Sundramoorthy(both plied their trade in Europe, mind you)did not have the mental strength to beat Thailand.I was very sceptic of the Lions at first but now I am convinced. If they can really achieve Goal 2010 (qualify for World Cup 3 years from now) I will run around naked in Orchard Road and vote for the MIW(Men-In-White) for the rest of my life. Then again, maybe not.
