Company XX has assigned a fine,young lass to heed my every word and obey my every bidding as my apprentice. (Wifey jangan jealous,ok :-) Besides getting to be Donald Trump, I also get to parrot corporate nonsense in the guise of wisdom words.This is what I said to her:

Acquire as much technical knowledge as you can,for without it you'll become as useful as a departmental store dummy.Read up on technical journals, research on the Internet and get professional certifications such as MCSE, CCNA and MCSP. These would go a long way in order to attain the next level of your career.

Front Wheel : Customer Service Skills

Learn how to effectively diffuse the anxieties of customers.Knowing how to answer correctly is of utmost importance.Instead of giving a flat "I dont know", try "I'll get back to you once the issue is resolved/verified/identified."Customers are human too and they have the tendencies to be unreasonable and F.O.N (full of nonsense). But when you are about to retaliate,remember S.T.A.R :
