WHAT IF

We finally achieved Goal 2010(ie to qualify for the World Cup finals),an ambitious and visionary plan hatched by a minister some time ago.Minnows like Malaysia,Indonesia and Thailand are no match for our Lions now.The mention of names like Noh Alam Shah and Khairi Amri sent chills down the spines of the Japanese,Koreans and Arabian soccer powerhouses. Chelsea and Manchester United are racing to buy Indra Shahdan,to replace their misfiring Schevchenko and Rooney respectively.Our glorious sports school are churning future Beckhams by the dozens.With our infallible scholars and deep pockets,we are attracting real soccer talents from all over the world to become Singapore citizens.Muahahaha....

• A new term for poor folks--- financially irresponsible people
  
• The reason a high-brow,arty farty cabaret show like Crazy Horse winds down is because S'poreans are not ready for such shows.IT IS NOT due to the 12.1 billion pages of free pron on the Internet.
• A nursery/kindergarten has the logo of a political party.Subliminal messages must be delivered early
• The term subsidised means lower than market rates.For example,if other hawkers sell chicken rice for $3.50 and you bought it for $2,you are subsidised.You need not know the actual cost of preparing that plate of chicken rice.
  
• An urban legend that a certain history honours graduate,nicknamed the Insolent One couldnt land a job in the Civil Service because he offended none other than our ole 'ye Father.Should have left his wit at home.
• There is growing dissent among the HDB heartlanders towards people known as the Elites.Click here
